Our hand-crafted, natural products are sourced from around the world and designed to last a lifetime. A few simple preventative steps help minimise damage and ongoing wear and tear. All warranties are contingent on products being cared for in line with this guidance.

Care by material

Timber

Timbers require regular waxing to nourish and protect the surface. Wipe up spills promptly and keep timber out of prolonged direct sunlight and extreme heat.

Leather

Leather requires conditioning with a recommended leather care kit. Dust regularly and avoid the transfer of body oils, hair products and skin creams.

Fabric

Vacuum regularly to remove dust and dirt, attend to spills quickly, and use only endorsed cleaning products. Fabric pilling is normal wear and can be removed with a battery-operated pilling tool.

Marble

Marble must be sealed correctly and re-sealed periodically. Wipe up spills — especially acidic liquids — immediately to avoid etching.

Outdoor & patio

Cover or store outdoor furniture when not in use, and clean according to the material (timber, aluminium or fabric).

Mattress & base
