Aftercare Form
If your product has a manufacturing fault, or accidental damage caused by Eureka Furniture or our delivery partners, we aim to repair or replace it while it is under warranty.
Upon submission it may take up to 3–5 business days to provide an initial assessment, as our team may need time to investigate the cause and coordinate a resolution.
