Product care & warranty info

Leather is a natural material known for its beauty and durability. Properly maintained, it should last longer than most other materials.

Regular cleaning

Wipe over regularly with a damp, soft cloth.
Dust and vacuum regularly, keeping gaps between cushions free of dirt — dirt can scratch the surface.

Conditioning

Condition the leather every 3–4 months with a leather conditioning product, paying special attention to areas exposed to bare skin, hair or clothing.

Heat and sunlight

Keep leather away from heat sources and direct sunlight, which cause damage over time.

Cleaning products and spills

Do not use household cleaners — they damage the finish. Only use genuine leather cleaning products.
Clean spills straight away by gently blotting with a clean, dry, absorbent cloth. If it stains, consult a professional upholstery cleaner.
Keep sharp or abrasive objects away from the leather — including pets.

Chemicals and fluids to avoid

Leather can be damaged by chemicals and fluids that are not applied directly and may not be obvious, including:

Hairspray and other hair products
Deodorants and perfumes
Moisturisers and other skin care products
Human bodily fluids including perspiration, especially where certain medications are being taken

Regular cleaning and conditioning helps, as does using throws over arm rests, head rests and seat cushions. Damage that appears to have been caused by these chemicals or fluids is not covered under warranty.

Do you deliver Australia-wide, and when will my order arrive?

Most of our products are held in our Brisbane Warehouse, and we do our best to deliver to metro and regional areas across Australia. Use our delivery estimator on the product page or during checkout to confirm availability and delivery options for your location.

Some areas, including Western Australia, Northern Territory, South Australia and Tasmania, may be outside our standard delivery network. In these cases, you may need to arrange your own transport. We can also assist by transferring stock to one of our store locations where possible.

For in-stock items, orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 weeks depending on your location. For items on order or online-only products, dispatch will occur 1–3 weeks after the item arrives at our Brisbane Warehouse. Additional transfer times may apply depending on your location.
