Do not allow pets to sit or jump on your furniture.
Do not place furniture close to heating or air-conditioning vents.
Do not stand on stools or chairs.

On Order: This product is currently being manufactured overseas or is in transit to Australia. An estimated arrival date is shown where available.

Online Only: This is a special-order item and is not held as regular stock. Once your order is placed, we'll provide you with an estimated lead time.

In Store Only: This product is only available to purchase in our showrooms. Check the Showroom Availability section on the product page or contact our Customer Care team for assistance.

Do you deliver Australia-wide, and when will my order arrive?

Most of our products are held in our Brisbane Warehouse, and we do our best to deliver to metro and regional areas across Australia. Use our delivery estimator on the product page or during checkout to confirm availability and delivery options for your location.

Some areas, including Western Australia, Northern Territory, South Australia and Tasmania, may be outside our standard delivery network. In these cases, you may need to arrange your own transport. We can also assist by transferring stock to one of our store locations where possible.

For in-stock items, orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 weeks depending on your location. For items on order or online-only products, dispatch will occur 1–3 weeks after the item arrives at our Brisbane Warehouse. Additional transfer times may apply depending on your location.
