Any new mattress needs a certain level of care to last for many comfortable nights.

When your mattress arrives

Your mattress is made with all new materials that may release a slight smell — this is normal. Once removed from its plastic packaging, leave it uncovered in a well-ventilated room to let any odours dissipate.

Handling

Do not stand or jump on your mattress or base.
Do not bend or fold your mattress.
If your mattress contains an anatomic gel comfort layer, keep it flat — do not store it on its side.
Use a suitable, supportive base.

Protection

Always use a good quality mattress protector.
Let your mattress breathe regularly — turn the bedlinen back for a few hours so air can circulate.

Cleaning

Vacuum regularly with a soft upholstery attachment to remove dust and fluff.
Avoid getting your mattress wet. Absorb spills immediately with a dry cloth or paper towel.

Rotating

Rotate your mattress end-to-end every two weeks for the first four months, then monthly, for more even wear. Handles, where fitted, are for rotating only — they are not designed to carry the full weight of the mattress, and using them to lift or carry it may cause damage and will void the guarantee.

Do you deliver Australia-wide, and when will my order arrive?

Most of our products are held in our Brisbane Warehouse, and we do our best to deliver to metro and regional areas across Australia. Use our delivery estimator on the product page or during checkout to confirm availability and delivery options for your location.

Some areas, including Western Australia, Northern Territory, South Australia and Tasmania, may be outside our standard delivery network. In these cases, you may need to arrange your own transport. We can also assist by transferring stock to one of our store locations where possible.

For in-stock items, orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 weeks depending on your location. For items on order or online-only products, dispatch will occur 1–3 weeks after the item arrives at our Brisbane Warehouse. Additional transfer times may apply depending on your location.
