Pilling is the natural result of daily wear and is not a fault. It can be caused by climate, clothing type and pets. Pilling is normal wear and tear and is not covered under warranty — it is easily removed with a battery-operated pilling tool.

Regular cleaning

Vacuum regularly on a low suction setting to remove dust and dirt.
Professional cleaning is recommended roughly every 12 months.

Avoid snags and fading

Take care with belts, buckles and rings, which may scratch or snag the fabric.
Take care that pets' claws or collars do not snag the fabric.
Any furniture will fade in direct sunlight — limit exposure to keep colour lasting.

Spills

Clean spills straight away. Gently blot with a clean, dry, absorbent cloth. If it stains, consult a professional upholstery cleaning company.

What not to use

Do not put newspaper or magazines on your lounge — the ink may transfer.
Do not use household detergents or strong chemicals on upholstery.

Most of our products are held in our Brisbane Warehouse, and we do our best to deliver to metro and regional areas across Australia. Use our delivery estimator on the product page or during checkout to confirm availability and delivery options for your location.

Some areas, including Western Australia, Northern Territory, South Australia and Tasmania, may be outside our standard delivery network. In these cases, you may need to arrange your own transport. We can also assist by transferring stock to one of our store locations where possible.
