Product care & warranty info

Our outdoor range is designed for comfort and durability. Following the right care makes a significant difference to how long it lasts.

Cushions and fabric

Fabric exposed directly to UV will fade and weaken faster — outdoor products are best not left out permanently.
Cushions exposed to rain without the chance to dry will develop mould and mildew. Air-dry damp cushions regularly and move them out of heavy rain.

Outdoor timber

Remove outdoor furniture from direct sunlight when not in use — the Australian sun causes deterioration.
Oil regularly so it does not dry out and crack. Apply fine, light, silicone-free furniture oil in the direction of the grain. Never use a polish containing silicone.
Timber in humid areas is prone to mould and mildew — wipe regularly, and wax to help protect it.
Untreated teak left outdoors will silver over time as part of natural weathering.

Patio furniture

Never place patio product where it is exposed to rain, hail, sun, tree and plant sap, or animal droppings.
Timber expands and contracts with changing temperature, which can cause minor cracks or distortion over time. This is not a fault.
Keep pets away — accidental damage is common, especially to fabric and rattan or wicker.

Rattan and wicker

Dust or vacuum weekly with an upholstery brush so dirt does not build up in the weave.
Clean food, drink, animal droppings or any foreign substance immediately.
At least every 12 months, inspect for mould, mildew and splits in the fibres, and recondition as needed.

What the patio warranty excludes

Our warranty on patio furniture is limited to manufacturer faults. It does not cover wear and tear or damage that could have been caused by:

Exposure to sun or light
Exposure to rain, hail or other weather events
Exposure to natural substances such as tree sap, pollen or animal droppings
Exposure to chemicals used in outdoor gardens or patios
Damage caused by pets or other animals

Do you deliver Australia-wide, and when will my order arrive?

Most of our products are held in our Brisbane Warehouse, and we do our best to deliver to metro and regional areas across Australia. Use our delivery estimator on the product page or during checkout to confirm availability and delivery options for your location.

Some areas, including Western Australia, Northern Territory, South Australia and Tasmania, may be outside our standard delivery network. In these cases, you may need to arrange your own transport. We can also assist by transferring stock to one of our store locations where possible.

For in-stock items, orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 weeks depending on your location. For items on order or online-only products, dispatch will occur 1–3 weeks after the item arrives at our Brisbane Warehouse. Additional transfer times may apply depending on your location.
