Simple steps to protect your furniture from damage and everyday wear. Please read these guides and keep them for future reference.

Do's

Use floor protectors on the base of your furniture, especially tables and chairs.
Rotate and flip lounge seating cushions regularly for even wear and to protect from fading.
Use coasters, tablecloths, table runners and placemats to protect surfaces from damage and stains.
Maintain all surfaces, materials and finishes with the appropriate care products.
Only use your furniture for its intended purpose, in its intended location.

Don'ts

Do not drag furniture — always lift, then move.
Do not place furniture in direct sunlight. It causes fading and can crack or warp materials. This includes sunlight through a window.
Do not sit or rest on the arms of a chair or lounge — they are not designed to support excessive weight.
Do not allow pets to sit or jump on your furniture.
Do not place furniture close to heating or air-conditioning vents.
Do not stand on stools or chairs.

Do you deliver Australia-wide, and when will my order arrive?

Most of our products are held in our Brisbane Warehouse, and we do our best to deliver to metro and regional areas across Australia. Use our delivery estimator on the product page or during checkout to confirm availability and delivery options for your location.

Some areas, including Western Australia, Northern Territory, South Australia and Tasmania, may be outside our standard delivery network. In these cases, you may need to arrange your own transport. We can also assist by transferring stock to one of our store locations where possible.

For in-stock items, orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 weeks depending on your location. For items on order or online-only products, dispatch will occur 1–3 weeks after the item arrives at our Brisbane Warehouse. Additional transfer times may apply depending on your location.
